The staff at Paradise Health & Fitness Center is here to help you achieve all of your fitness and weight loss goals. We can help you develop a program of proper nutrition, corporate wellness, personal workout program, athletic training, weight training, personal training and physical therapy. We are the Coastal Bend's complete one-stop fitness shop! Our gym work out area has top of the line circuit training equipment, weights and cardio equipment. We offer everything needed for our group fitness classes that include yoga, pilates, aerobics, cardio classes and step aerobics. No matter what your fitness goal, we have something to meet your needs. |

Paradise is equiped with Cybex Free Weight and Circuit Equipment. Our state-of-the-art fitness equipment is part of what makes our health club a standard in Port Aransas. Classroom -
We offer a wide variety of classes including Weight Training, Pilates, Core Ball, Yoga, Cardio fitness and much more. Each of our highly trained instructors can and will help you to lose weight, build muscle, tone up and feel better. Our group fitness room provides all equipment you will need to enjoy our exercise classes. All group fitness classes are included in both memberships and day passes to our fitness club. Our instructors have over 60 years of combined experience in health and fitness. Join your friends at Mambo's, a unique coffee and smoothie bar located in our health club in Port Aransas. Every cup of coffee is freshly ground and brewed as you order it. The smoothie bar offers a wide variety of choices. Add a supplement to enhance your personal fitness goals or enjoy the natural flavors. Whether you'd like a recovery shake after a work out or a nice cold 100% fruit smoothie on a hot summer day at the beach in Port Aransas, Mambo's can satisfy your needs.
